This is matt writing in Kim's journal today. She's at work and doesn't know I'm doing it yet so it should be a nice surprise for her.

I have to go home today =( It sucks but I have a test in 2 days that I know I'm not going to do well on. I don't know why I even bother going home when I have all I want right here. I have never loved anyone as much as I love Kim. She means everything to me and it rips me apart to know I have to leave her. The worse part is I might not see her for a month or two. It's the holiday season...Thanksgiving followed by finals and then Christmas....I want to see her for Christmas and I'm going to do my best to get back to her before the 1st. I can't imagine going that long without being able to hold her or kiss her. Just to watch her sleep at night makes me feel complete. Every day without her is going to feel like an eternity, I don't know what to do without her. I know I'll get to talk to her everyday while we play WoW and when I call her and that I'll get to see her on webcam every minute she's home....but it isn't the same as being able to hold her in my arms as we watch a movie. I know this is hard on me so I can only imagine what she's feeling. I can't wait til we're married and she'll be at home waiting for me everyday and night.

I hate crying it's so not manly.

Kim when you read this I just want you to know that no matter how far apart we are in the world I will always feel like I'm right beside you because of the way you love me.

I love you with all that I am,
Matt

I'm 19 today.

Matt surprised me on Thursday, so he's here for my birthday and he's staying for a month. My brother and Kristin are here too. I booked the weekend off of work and it's Thanksgiving holiday so I don't have any classes until Tuesday... it's going to be great.
